Andrew Dallas is a shareholder and Conslab's technical manager,  overseeing the design and detailing of our projects. He has previously held positions as National Technical Manager for Allied Concrete and as President of the New Zealand Concrete Society. He has been directly involved in the concrete industry for 25 years, prior to which he was a Senior Consulting Engineer for Holmes Consulting Group. Andrew is a recognised leader in the concrete industry , and in addition to his role at Conslab he has contributed to the publication of a multitude of New Zealand Standards, guidance notes and also presented many seminars for the NZCS - including a series on the specification of concrete industrial floors. Andrew is also a guest lecturer at the University of Auckland School of Engineering where he lectures on the design, specification and construction of concrete floors to structural design students.
