Sean joined Conslab in April 2016 from Euro Corp where he was Supply Chain and Operations Manager. Prior to that he worked in a variety of senior operations, supply chain and general management roles for New Zealand Aluminium Smelters, Fletcher Building, Air New Zealand and KiwiRail. Sean is responsible for ensuring the Conslab team have the tools and resources they need to deliver customer projects safely, on time and to the high standard of quality our customers demand.
Brian is the Operations Manager for Conslab Ltd. Prior to the merging of Conslab and Euro Corp Brian was a major shareholder in Conslab Ltd. Over the past 25 years Brian has been at the forefront of placing concrete in New Zealand. He has introduced many innovative flooring techniques including the first laser screed to Australasia in 1997, allowing flatter and more efficient concrete floor construction. He has championed the use of “ultra early entry” sawcutting to concrete floors to reduce the risk of random cracking and dominant joints forming. Brian was a founding member of the New Zealand Master Concrete Placers Association.
Andrew Dallas is Conslab’s technical manager, who oversees the design and detailing of our projects. Prior to Conslab joining with Euro Corp Andrew was a major shareholder in the company. He has previously held positions as National Technical Manager for Allied Concrete and as President of the New Zealand Concrete Society. Andrew has been directly involved in the concrete industry for 25 years, prior to which he was a Senior Consulting Engineer for Holmes Consulting Group. Andrew is a recognised leader and expert in the concrete industry. In addition to his role at Conslab he has contributed to the publication of a multitude of New Zealand Standards, guidance notes and also presented many seminars for the NZCS – including a series on the specification of concrete industrial floors. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Auckland School of Engineering where he lectures on the design, specification and construction of concrete floors to structural design students.
North Island Manager & Concrete Placing Manager
Glyn has over 25 years general concrete construction experience with 10 years working on specialist flatwork. He worked on the Fonterra Dry goods store and Cold store in Hamilton with Haydn & Rollett, and also the new Laminex warehouse with Fletcher Construction in Auckland.
Manager of Conslab Extend
Toby leads the team that protects, maintains and enhances concrete floors. Prior to Conslab Toby owned and managed his own grinding and polishing business for 7 years. Toby has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a foreman and superviser.
South Island Manager
Jeff joined Conslab in January 2016 from CERA / SCIRT where he was a senior manager based on the Canterbury infrastructure rebuild. Prior to this Jeff was a Senior Construction Manager with Hawkins Construction based in Christchurch overseeing the construction of some of Christchurchs award winning Construction Projects such as Christchurch’s CIAL Airport, Christchurch City Council offices, Victoria Square apartment’s, Christchurch Women’s hospital.
Fred is responsible for estimating our Conslab contracts and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Silliman University, Philippines. He has 9 years construction experience as a project manager, site engineer and estimator.
Sam maintains our health and safety compliance and monitoring quality. He has a Master of Construction Management from Massey University as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology (Azad University of Iran). Sam has 7 years experience in the construction industry as an engineer and estimator.
