Conslab were brought on board by Armstrong Downes Construction to install a floor for Mitre 10, Petone.
Covering 10,400m2, the 150mm thick post tensioned floor, was installed in the company’s main retail and drive-through areas using Allied Concrete and the assistance of BBR Contech. Finished with Ashford Formula, it delivered the long-term gloss, surface hardening and dustproofing that Mitre 10 was looking for – a maintenance-free surface that will last for many decades to come. Completed in 2004, Conslab’s work has stood the test of time to this date.
